2025 ReCap
In 2025, we helped deliver 32 homes across a mix of projects, including homeless shelter housing, transitional housing, tribal elder homes, single-family residences, and duplexes. From small developments to individual home builds, our team coordinated the process from factory to finish so homeowners and communities didn’t have to manage it alone. These projects reflect what we do best — making quality housing more accessible, affordable, and easier to build.
Butterfly Village
We are honored to share the delivery of the final unit for Butterfly Village, a transitional housing project with the Tulalip Tribe. Being part of this project has been incredibly rewarding, and we’re proud to have contributed an affordable, sustainable home that we hope will serve the community well.
